He will present a 60min talk on J2 1000 hours under the earth. Using CCR in extreme places.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A combination of Dry Caving, Cave Diving and CCR as a lead exploration diver on the United States Deep Cave Diving team J2 cave project under the leadership of Bill Stone that saw Phil and Marcin Gala pass the 4th sump in the J2 cave to discover dry cave beyond at over 1 kilometre vertical and 12 kilometres horizontal from the entrance. The project utilised Poseidon MK 6 CCR and saw Phil spend 45 days underground during the 3 month project.<\/p>\n<p>In 2015 Phil became a member of <a href=\"https:\/\/explorers.org\/\">the Explorers Club<\/a>, being sponsored by Bill Stone and Jill Heinerth.<\/p>\n<p>Phil was awarded \u2018Diver of The Conference\u2019 award at the <a href=\"https:\/\/tekdiveusa.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tek Dive USA<\/a> conference 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Fellow of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rgs.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Royal Geographical Society<\/a> (FRGS)<\/p>\n<p>Over a 25 year professional dive industry career Phil has logged over 8000 dives and 3500 plus hours on CCR<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Rebreather Reunion is a two day social gathering for like minded divers from all backgrounds and levels of diving experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Join us for a weekend of diving and socialising as well as live talks &amp; presentations from our guest speakers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>On the Saturday evening we will have delicious food and live music at the social event in our Water View Marquee.<\/p>\n<p>The 2019 event takes place over the weekend of the 27th and 28th April 2019 at Chepstow&#8217;s National Diving &amp; Activity Centre.<\/p>\n<p>Further details of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ndac.co.uk\/blog\/category\/events\/rebreather-reunion\/rebreather-reunion-2019\/guest-speakers\/\">guest speakers<\/a> will be released as we get closer to the event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Come along to meet old friends, make new friends and enjoy a weekend of rebreather fun!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/events\/1883645238410086\/\">Join the Event on Facebook \u00bb<\/a>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Tickets<\/h2>\n<p> Tickets are only \u00a365 per person and include access to the National Diving &amp; Activity Centre for diving, presentations and events throughout the weekend.\n<\/p>\n<h3>Special Early Bird Offer<\/h3>\n<p> Everyone who purchases their ticket before the 7th April 2019 will receive a FREE, limited edition, Rebreather Reunion T-Shirt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To purchase your tickets please pop into the NDAC shop or phone the administration office during normal opening times (01291 630 046).<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Wigwam Accommodation<\/h2>\n<p>  Wigwam accommodation is available at the National Diving &amp; Activity Centre.
