You also have to swim to the Aqua Park to gain access. The National Diving & Activity Centre water is very deep with depths of up to 85m deep so you need to be able to swim and be competent in the water. If you are in any doubt please do not take part in the activity We do have CCTV and water marshals/ lifeguards be on hand if you are deemed to be struggling you will be asked to leave the water area and we will take you out of the water. In this situation you will not be allowed back onto the Aqua Park. If you also do not follow out standard terms and condition of usage you may also get asked to leave the Aqua Park.

No you don’t have to be particularly fit tor over active to take part but it does require a certain amount of strength to use and climb aboard many of the obstacle and the hour can be very tiring if you keep falling into the water and having to get back out wet
Yes you can wear swimming goggles just remember to keep hold of them as it’s a long way down if you drop them in the water

Tight clothing is acceptable e.g. leggings, vest tops, T- Shirts no loose clothing is allowed due to health and safety reasons

You still take part in the rain. Our theory is…you are going to get wet anyway!!… It is good fun in the rain and you'll be wearing a wetsuit.
If we have a storm overhead then we will pause and resume once the storm has passed if possible but you’re going to get wet anyway. Then your time will continue as normal. This does mean we may have to delay later sessions if this does occur.
You can come off the session at any time if you want a rest, you can then continue with your session. You are not allowed to come off early then have the remaining time on another session. We will do our best to get you on the session as soon as possible, however this cannot be guaranteed. If you miss your session, no refund will be given. We cannot be held responsible if you are late. That is why we strongly suggest you get to the park at least an hour before your booked session this also helps us to check your waiver and book you in without rushing
