Scuba Divers visiting the National Diving & Activity Centre need to complete a Visitor's Declaration Form. Please note that you will need to complete two copies of the form when visiting the site; one for us and another which must be displayed so that all details are visible from your vehicle dashboard.
To take part in the Wire Zip Zlide or the Giant 3G Swing you will need to complete a registration form on arrival, or bring a completed form with you.
To take part in the Atlantis Aqua Park you will need to complete a registration form on arrival, or bring a completed form with you. All downloads
