FearFest-Evil is a live horror event running for selected nights in October, from Friday the 13th and including Halloween.
The event includes the Trilogy of Horrors spread over a disused limestone quarry, historic railway line and surrounding haunted woodland. Each area has multiple scare zones with monsters, night creatures and lots of terrifying surprises!

Open Water Swimming discontinued at National Diving & Activity Centre for foreseeable future
Thursday, June 8th, 2017Following a review of the activities on site, we have decided that we won’t be reinstating open water swimming at the National Diving and Activity Centre for the foreseeable future.
During the Winter of 2016 there were complaints about our policy of mandatory wetsuit swimming during the Winter months. This prompted us to begin a full review of Open Water Swimming at the site so that we can tailor it for the needs of our users whilst maintaining a safe environment.
This process is ongoing and our aim is to develop a new set of rules, regulations and risk assessments for open water swimming at the site.
Unfortunately this is taking longer than anticipated and we have made the difficult decision to discontinue open water swimming at the National Diving & Activity Centre for the rest of 2018 and the forseable future.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and would like to take this opportunity to thank our swimming visitors for their support.
When we have any further details they will be released on the NDAC website, Facebook and Twitter.
