NDAC TRF - Training & Research Facilities

Our Chepstow Site (The National Diving & Activity Centre (NDAC)) is closed.

NDAC Ltd are now operating from our venue in Wales at NDAC TRF(Training & Research Facilities).

The NDAC TRF is situated in Ammanford in the heart of South Wales, our facility boasts a breathtaking 124-meter-deep lake. This unique body of water, with a volume of 20 million cubic meters, spans an impressive 1.2 km in length and 0.5 km in width, offering a controlled, non-tidal environment for year-round diving, training and research activities.

We are not currently open for recreational diving, but welcome enquiries from training organisations.

Red Bull publish POV Freedive Video from NDAC Quarry

Red Bull have published Daan Verhoeven‘s fan video of Tim Money freediving the BAE 146 Plane at the National Diving & Activity Centre (NDAC).

In this amazing video, Saltfree freedivers Daan and Tim show what it’s like to explore the plane with just a single breath of air.




The BAE 146 Airplane is 68 foot long, 30 foot high and sits around 30 metres deep in the waters of Chepstow’s National Diving & Activity Centre.
