New underwater scuba diving attraction at NDAC Chepstow

Hyperbaric chamber scuba diving attraction NDAC Chepstow

This week we have been lowering our new scuba diving attraction into place at the National Diving & Activity Centre.

The Hyperbaric Chamber was lowered using a 5 tonne lift bag and a lot of assistance.

The new underwater attraction is now in her resting place, 20 metres below the waterline.

We have placed the chamber just off the pontoon, by the walk on bridge. This will allow most divers the opportunity to dive her.

The entry points have been sealed, so you won’t be able to get inside the chamber, but it is still a great attraction to visit.

We would love to see your underwater photos of the new diving attraction, please share them on our Facebook, Instagram or Twitter pages.

The Hyperbaric Chamber was retired after years of service at DDRC Healthcare and has found its new home at Chepstow’s NDAC Inland Diving lake.
